My goal at Royal Queen Seeds was to improve the digital product. To do this, we had to understand our users, their goals and frustrations. From the research, we discovered that users suffered mostly from the difficulty of choosing a seed type and from the stigma of cannabis cultivation.

Based on that information, I developed tools to improve the user experience, such as a product recommendation test or educational content to standardize and inform about how to grow safely.
