ARAQUÈ ARAQUI - 2022
Photography, painting and poster design for an art exhibition.
A series of analog photographies painted over with acrylic paint, with the intent of playing with both mediums to start a dialogue.
The picture portrays reality itself, while the paint means to modify or twist it, just as our own brains usually do. What does it exactly mean to percieve a space?
This series has been displayed at St. Llorenç – Civitas Cultura, MAPS Getxophoto 2022, Stripart 2022 and Mirada Pilot 2023.
For Mirada Pilot, a curatorial project funded by the Barcelona City Hall, I was also able to design the poster artwork for the exhibitions.
